We feel so lucky to have found Hana and Golden Star.
Our son has been enrolled for over a year now. It’s everything we were looking for in a daycare – loving, caring, fun, educational, and great value.
Hana even provides healthy homemade food that smells delicious at drop off!
But most importantly, Hana and her family treat our son like one of their own.

My family is so blessed to have Ms. Hana for our daycare. We started with another daycare and after 3 days they said our then 3 months old was too fussy for them. They made us like terrible new parents. My family member recommended Golden Star daycare, we met with Ms. Hana the next day and she reassured us we doing a great job and that our son was just teething. Ms. Hana has helped our son learn how to roll over, sit up and currently working on crawling. Ms. Hana always gives us great advice since we are first time parents. Thank you!

This is just an update from my original review from 2 years ago. Ms. Hana has helped us raise Zachary into such a wonderful boy. He’s going to be 3yrs old soon and because of Ms. Hana he is well socialized, kind, and such a happy kid over all! We don’t take that lightly because both my husband and I work and he stays at Ms. Hana’s most of the day, 5 days a week so we trust her with the well being of our child. We recommend her to everyone!

Parents know how difficult it is to look for a daycare that has room and one that you can trust. My husband and I moved back to Alhambra to be closer to family and our occupations. My son was 8 months and I was about to return to work so we began to search for a daycare. It took awhile because of the difficulties I’ve mentioned above. Just by some saving grace, we found Golden Star Daycare.
Golden Star Daycare was a good choice because it’s small and that’s important considering how we are in the middle of a pandemic. Her place is immaculately clean as she follows CDC guidelines. As a teacher, I recognize that she has the environment and materials necessary for child safety and engagement.
The first time I brought my son there, he immediately acclimated to the space and for him that had just been home with us due to the pandemic, it was a welcoming sight. He responded to Hana because she’s nurturing. He felt safe with her and that was important to us.
Golden Star Daycare is professional in their communication with parents. I would get consistent update of how my son is doing such as videos and texts. Hana reports her observation and discusses them with me so there’s an open line of communication so we can provide the best care for my son.
I recommend Golden Star Daycare for anyone seeking a safe, professional, and nurturing environment for their child to attend.
